2 Bedrooms, 1.5 Bathrooms. Master bedroom has two queen beds and room for cots or inflatable beds. Second bedroom has one queen bed. Other accommodations include internet, full washer and dryer, private dock and boat lift. 

Waterfront home is located on private road in peaceful Clearlake Park. While sitting on the deck enjoy the breath taking views of the lake and Mount Konocti. Konocti Harbor is a short boat ride directly across from the lake.   

This home is the perfect spot for romantic winter get-aways, or all-year family fun. There is a warm outdoor fireplace, perfect for stargazing or making s’mores. "Sitting on the deck early in the morning, reading the paper and watching the sun come up, is truly a blessing." In the summer enjoy swimming, boating, water skiing, jet-skiing, kayaking, and world class bass fishing, “The Best in the West.”

Quality restaurants are located in nearby Kelseyville, Upper Lake, and Finley; boat rentals are located in the nearby towns of Kelseyville (Konocti Harbor), Soda Bay and Lakeport; and launch sites are located at Pine Dell Resort in Clearlake Park, and Redbud public boat launch in the city of Clearlake.

* The largest natural lake in the state of California.

* The lake is more than 19 miles long and 9 miles wide at it's widest point.

* Average depth is 28 feet with water temperatures varying from the low 40's in winter to the mid 70's in summer.
